Chunie Productions — Returns & Refund Policy
At Chunie Productions, your satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are made to order through our production partner, we ask customers to carefully review sizing, colors, and designs before placing an order.
That said — if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 7-day issue reporting policy, meaning you have seven (7) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date to contact us regarding a problem with your order.

What Qualifies for a Return or Replacement
Due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise, we can only offer returns or replacements in the following situations:
• The item arrived damaged
• The item arrived misprinted or defective
• The wrong item was sent
If this occurs, please email us at info@chuniepro.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

What Does Not Qualify for Return
Because items are produced specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Color preference
• Ordering the wrong item
• Buyer’s remorse
We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Return Authorization Required
All return or replacement requests must be reviewed and approved by our team first.
Items sent back without authorization will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, simply place a new order for the correct item.

Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
